Booty Building | Part 2

The same exercise routine can get pretty boring so here is another variation you can try another day. I like to do leg days at least 3 times a week to maintain and build muscle. Let me know if this made you sore the next day!

-Reverse Lunges (3 sets of 10) -Elevated Squats (4 sets of 10) -Push Downs (3 sets of 10) -One Legged Leg Press (3 Sets of 10)
