For some reason my footage doesn't turn out as clear as it should. Does anyone have any recommendations for a vlogging camera? Anyhow, here is a breakdown of my workout! You will be exhausted after this! Warm up: Stair Master for 20 minutes Incline Bench: -Dumbbell Laying triceps: 3 sets of 15 -Decline sit-ups with weights 3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Circuit (not videoed sorry, we forgot!!) -Lateral raises: 3 sets of 10 -Front Raises: 3 sets of 10 -Chest Fly: 3 sets of 10 Cables: -Lateral pull downs: 3 sets of 15 -Assisted pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 ABs: -Plate twists: 3 sets of 20 -Kick ups: 3 sets of 10 -Flutter Kick: 3 sets of 10-15 seconds -Cris-cross: 3 sets of 10-15 seconds Do it in this order! One sets includes: plate twists, kick-ups, flutter kicks, and cris-cross....REPEAT with no breaks in between. Planks: Planks: 3 sets of 30 seconds Russian twists: 3 sets of 30 seconds
