Summer Shredding
Summer is right around the corner! It's not too late to start summer shredding now. Eating healthy and regularly exercising on the daily is the perfect start. The start of a better "YOU!" Don't compare yourself to others, it will only bring you down. People go straight into a strict diet to lose tremendous amounts of weight, but eventually gain it all back, because why? You can't just eat salad, chicken, and rice forever. It gets repetitive and boring. You don't have to cut everything cold turkey out of your diet, eating in moderation is the key. Try to follow the 80/20 diet which consists of 80% eating healthy and 20% eating whatever you're craving. Start cutting down "junk" slowly each week if you have an "addiction," to certain snacks, and ultimately you'll get into the habit of eating healthy. Slow and steady wins the race ;) Here is a recipe I have been obsessed with.I have received a lot of questions from my Instagram story, so why not post! This pasta salad is full of vegetables because hashtag, #health.
